About SilverBoltSilverbolt is a software development company that started life in the UK and recently relocated to New Zealand. Silverbolt is primarily Robert Phillips, and he utilises the skills of other specialists as and when required. We specialise in web design and web development for small businesses, but we also do some small Windows based software applications. Our primary development platform is .NET, but we can also develop websites in PHP should you require.
