Deployment Tool

How do you deploy your web applications from development to test and then live? Do you really have a controlled and fool proof way? Or have you just written a few scripts to copy relevant files and hope for the best?

The deployment tool attempts to ease the pain of web deployments by controlling which files and folders can and can't be copied to the target server. It also maintains a version history and ensures files are backed up as and when necessary during deployments.
